Euro Furniture Studio's (EFS) ultimate goal is to offer customers new styles of furniture with modern contemporary and innovative designs.

Wall units and accessory products can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within seven days of purchase date provided the item is in new condition, is in its original packaging and with the original sales receipt. Exceptions may apply to special offers such as "as is" and other specifically marked "final sale" merchandise.

As a relative quantity of our upholsteries are custom and/or specialty orders, all orders placed by customers have a seven day cancellation policy. There after, Euro Furniture Studio is held accountable to purchase the product(s) from the manufactures. Consequently, Euro Furniture Studio will not accept cancellations after the order had been placed with the manufacturer after the seven days from the date of order.

Management must authorize all exchanges, returns and claims. Customers wanting to return any special order items will be subject to 35% restocking fee.

EFS offers an assembly service. The fee for service is 7% of the value of the item. The assembly service fee is non refundable. In the event that an item is returned, it must be in good resale condition, otherwise the sale is final. Merchandise is assembled according to manufacturer specifications and all pieces are inspected after assembly.

Items not assembled at EFS may be returned ONLY upon approval from management and if the items are still in good resale condition.

Please be advised that all merchandise is manufactured in different sizes and it is up to the customer to insure that the item(s) being purchased will fit. If the merchandise has been assembled and does not fit through a standard door opening, EFS will not be held responsible in anyway, the return policy will not apply or if any damage will be caused to item(s) it will be considered a final sale. In the event that the return policy will be approved even though the item does not fit, a 35% re-stocking fee will apply.

Any custom changes or alterations made to any merchandise will not be subject to any refund, exchange or warranty of any kind.

Please allow for standard manufacturing and delivery time to be estimated between 10-14 weeks. The above time frame is only a guideline and cannot be guaranteed by EFS.

*Note, during certain holiday times manufactures reserve the right to shut down, which may cause a 2-4 weeks delay on orders.

EFS offers a delivery service, which is subject to a delivery fee. Customers will be notified of order arrival and to arrange delivery. Please ensure that there will be someone available to receive merchandise at the time of delivery or the customer may be subject to additional charges by the delivery company. Deliveries outside the city limits are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. EFS will not be held liable for any damages caused to merchandise when the customer supplies their own transportation. All furniture comes with one full year manufacturers warranty with commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The warranty excludes, damage due to abuse, accidents, misuse, damage caused by pets, discoloration due to sunlight or cleaning supplies, abnormal wear and tear, fading or shrinkage of any fabric. All mattresses are final sale.

EFS accepts VISA, Master Card, money orders and certified cheques. A 30%-50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, with the balance due 24 hrs prior to delivery schedule. By signing here, the customer has read, understood and accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement.
